Boost Fuel System Headroom with a 155 Bar PRV

The stock pressure relief valve on EA113 engines typically opens at 125–130 bar, which becomes a limiting factor as soon as fuel demand increases — especially on Stage 2+ and Stage 3 builds.

This upgraded 155 Bar PRV allows your high-pressure fuel system to hold more pressure before bleeding off, supporting increased fuel delivery for tuned setups without sacrificing reliability.

Key Benefits:

  • Higher Fuel Rail Pressure
Raises the bleed-off point from ~130 bar to 155 bar, enabling your HPFP and injectors to deliver more fuel under high load.
  • Essential for Tuned Engines
A perfect match for upgraded high-pressure fuel pumps. Helps maintain stable fuel pressure under wide-open throttle and high boost conditions, reducing lean spots and enhancing combustion reliability.
  • Simple Plug & Play Installation
Replaces the factory PRV directly with no modifications required.
  • Increased Tuning Potential
Especially beneficial when running larger injectors, RS4 setups, or ethanol blends (E85).

Package Includes:

  • 1x 155 Bar Pressure Relief Valve

Note: Before installing this PRV, ensure your fuel pressure sensor supports the increased 155 bar range. Some OEM sensors may not be rated beyond ~140 bar. Also, ECU recalibration is recommended to take full advantage of the increased fuel pressure capability.
